As the 2025 academic year nears its climax, Moedwil Combined School hosted its annual Matric Pledge Signing Ceremony — a significant event that marks the final stretch in our learners’ high school journey. Held in the school hall, the ceremony brought together learners, educators, and parents to witness the Class of 2025 pledge their dedication to hard work, discipline, and ethical conduct in the forthcoming National Senior Certificate (NSC) examinations.
On 24 September 2025, Moedwil Combined School came alive with vibrant colours, traditional music, and the spirit of Ubuntu as learners and staff celebrated Heritage Day under the theme “Embracing Our Roots, Celebrating Our Diversity. The day was filled with joy and pride as learners arrived dressed in a rich display of cultural attire, representing the many traditions that make up South Africa’s beautiful mosaic of identities. From Setswana to isiZulu, Afrikaans to English, and beyond — the celebration showcased the unity and mutual respect that define the school’s ethos.
